A payment method is required because QwikPark automatically charges your card when you leave using (AutoPay) — no tickets or pay machines needed.




Adding a Payment Method


  • To add a new payment method, go to Account > Payment Methods.
  • Tap on Add Payment Method and add your details.



AutoPay will be assigned to your default payment method. AutoPay will automatically charge you when you leave a car park to save you time paying at a machine.





Removing a Payment Method:


  • If you need to update your card, see the details below, or add the same card again if it has a new expiration date or CVC.
  • If you have an active session that is incorrect or needs to be ended, please view this guide.
  • Please get in touch with us if you need to discuss any outstanding fees or transactions, and our team can help quickly resolve any issues for you.


To remove a payment method, tap on any current payment option from the list, then click Delete Payment Method.



Please note: Your default payment method cannot be removed if you have any outstanding fees or an active session. 



Updating Expired, Cancelled or Invalid Payment Methods:


To update your card details, delete the existing card and add the new one — this only takes a moment.


If you have any outstanding payments on your account, you can add the new card before removing the old one. This ensures a valid payment remains on your account.
