We've been informed that the Southside 1 car park has been temporarily closed due to a major power outage.
The centre team are working closely with the car park management company and the engineering teams to resolve this as a priority. We will update you as soon as we have more details.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause; the teams are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.
We don't have any estimated repair timescales at this time, but we will update this post as soon as we know more.
Alternate Parking
For now, you can use the nearby Southside 2 car park on Neville Gill Close, which is just off Buckhold Road.

Season Pass Holders
Season passes require a small change to work in this car park. We have sent emails with additonal details.
- For Daily Pass holders, you will need to add the Southside 2 pass to your account.
- For weekly and monthly users, we will send a code that will update your sessions whilst Southside 1 is closed.
Gym, Cinema and Waitrose customers
You can scan your validation codes as usual for the same discounts.
Collecting vehicles from Southside 1
The car park has been secured, so if you already have a vehicle parked, it can remain in place. If you need to collect your vehicle, the gates are now closed, but contact details are available on the signage. You can also call 07790 889229 to speak with the car park team, who will send a member of staff to assist you in collecting your vehicle.
