On very rare occasions the car parks Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) may have trouble reading your number plate and therefore it will not be able to automatically let you leave the car park. If the barrier does not automatically raise to let you leave, simply press the help button at the exit and speak to the parking staff. 

Please inform them that you are a QwikPark customer and give them your car registration plate, they will be able to override the system and allow you to exit the car park. QwikPark will notify you of the parking charge when you leave.
