On rare occasions, the car park Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) may have trouble reading your number plate, and it will not be able to let you leave the car park automatically. 


If the barrier does not automatically raise, simply press the help button at the exit and speak to the parking staff and inform them that you are a QwikPark customer; they will be able to override the system and allow you to exit the car park. 


QwikPark will notify you of the parking charge when you leave.
