When you leave a car park you should receive a notification and / or email from QwikPark within 5 minutes, usually much faster. If you do not get a notification, then open the app or website and view your current parking sessions to see if you still have an active parking session.
If it shows that your parking session is still active, you will need to contact either QwikPark directly (02392 473575), or the car park office or parking operator and inform them of this.
QwikPark or the parking operator can manually end your parking session back to the exact time you left so that you are charged the correct parking fee. You will not be overcharged.
