When adding a vehicle, you may be told that the registration has already been registered with another user. This can be for a number of reasons, such as:


  • The current user has sold the car but not removed the details from their account.
  • A user has added incorrect details to their account.
  • You are trying to share the vehicle with another user (see below).


Please note: 

  • Vehicles can currently only be registered to one QwikPark account as the app does not know who is driving at the time of entry (we are working on options for this now).
  • You cannot transfer a vehicle if it is currently in use and has an active session in a car park.


If you do share a vehicle, then you can both download a copy of the app and use the same login / shared login details which will enable both users to be logged in on separate devices. This way, you will both get the same notifications when a session starts.


If you try to register a vehicle that is already taken, you will be given the option to transfer the vehicle details to your account:



Confirm the vehicle registration and tap Transfer Vehicle.
