If you can't remember your password, simply start the password reset process from the app sign in page.
Tap on the "Forgot password?" link:
Confirm your email address and then click "Send Password Reset". If the email address matches a registered account, we will email you a link for you to reset your password.
When you receive the password reset email, simply click the reset link and choose a new password.
