Renewing a Pass or Permit:


When viewing a pass on your account, you can quickly see if the pass is set to Auto Renew:



If it is set to Auto Renew, then the pass will be renewed once it reaches the expiry date. If the pass has a price, you will be charged the advertised rate. Some passes do not require a payment to be renewed.


You can disable the Auto Renew function for any pass at any time. Please note that the Auto Renew function cannot be enabled again for that pass once it has been disabled.


Some parking operators do not allow us to auto-renew the passes each time (this may be because they restrict the quantities etc). If the pass cannot be renewed, the option will be greyed out and you will need to add or purchase a new pass once it expires.


You will receive a notification email when any pass is due to expire or renew if you have these reminders enabled in your notification settings (Account > Notifications). Email reminders are enabled by default.


Cancelling a Pass or Permit:


The ability to cancel a pass or permit is at the discretion of the car park owner/operator and the details for this are always included in the terms and conditions. 


In most cases, permits cannot be refunded once started, but this is at the discretion of the car park owner. Please get in touch with us if you have any issues with a season pass or need to cancel and our team will be happy to review this for you and see if we can assist with the cancellation.
