Renewing a Pass or Permit:
When you add a pass to your account, it will show you how many times the pass will automatically renew.
You can also view the pass details at any time by going to Passes, and then tapping on the pass you want to view.
When you open the pass, it will show the number of remaining renewals.

If it is set to Auto Renew, the pass will be renewed once it reaches the expiry date. If the pass has a price, you will be charged the advertised rate. Some passes do not require a payment to be renewed.
You can cancel the Auto Renew function for any pass at any time. Important: Once Auto Renew is cancelled, it cannot be re-enabled, and you will need to purchase a new pass.
The number of renewals is set by the car park owners. Once the renewals reach zero, the pass will expire. If the pass is still available (you can search for passes on the homepage), you can simply add a new one to your account.
If you have reminders enabled in your notification settings (Account > Notifications), you will receive an email notification when any pass is due to expire or renew. Email reminders are enabled by default.
Cancelling a Pass or Permit:
Permits cannot be refunded once started, so please refer to your pass Terms and Conditions for more information about that specific pass.
Please get in touch with us if you have any issues with your season pass, and our team will be happy to review this for you.
