To cancel your account:
- Go to Account from the homepage or bottom menu.
- Tap My Details.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete and then confirm.
Once you confirm, your account will be deleted.
Some transaction history will be maintained so that we have records of payments, but these details will be anonymised.
Please Note: Your account cannot be removed if you have an active parking session in progress or any outstanding charges. Please contact us if you need to discuss either of these.
