If you have a company account with QwikPark or you work in a shopping centre or similar and are entitled to some form of discounted parking, you may be required to use a "whitelist" to gain access to a car park.
A whitelist is a pre-approved list of vehicle registrations that are given access to a car park at a discounted or free rate — typically used for staff, contractors, or corporate accounts
NOTE: You must already have an active QwikPark account to be eligible to be added to a whitelist.
After you are signed up, you will need to contact the car park owner or operator to be added to the Whitelist. They may request additional details such as proof of employment and your place of work.
Once you are added to a whitelist, the access pass will be added to your account and activated the next time you arrive at the car park. If you are already in a car park when you are added to a whitelist, you will not see any updates until your next visit.
Please contact your QwikPark contract administrator or local car park team if you need to be added or make any changes to the access list.
