AutoPay
Enter, exit and pay automatically. No need to take a ticket or visit a pay machine.
How Does it Work?
- AutoPay is activated when you add a payment method.
- When you arrive, your number plate will be scanned (it may take a second to read, or slightly longer if the car park is full), and the parking session will start. No tickets are needed.
- Please do not request a ticket upon arrival, as this can result in duplicate fees.
- You can view your parking session price and add discounts from the app once your session has started.
- When you leave, your number plate is scanned, the parking session ends, and payment is processed.
- You will be charged the standard advertised rate unless you have applied any discounts or are using a season pass.
Please Note:
- You must have AutoPay enabled before you arrive. If you have signed up after arriving, please click here.
- If your session does not start as expected, please click here.
Disable AutoPay:
- You can disable AutoPay by removing your payment card. Please note: This will mean you can no longer automatically enter or exit the car park and will need to pay at the normal pay machines.
