Premium Parking is now available in selected car parks and lets you book larger bays in great locations.
To book a Premium Parking spot:
- Tap Premium Parking on the homepage.
- Select a car park and view the Premium Parking tab.
- You will be shown the price, the length of the booking, and any other details.
- Select a date and start time.
- Choose a payment method and pay for the space in advance.
Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the booking details.
On the booking date:
- You can arrive in any car that you have added to your account.
- Arrive at the car park at your selected time and drive to the entry. The barrier will automatically open.
- You can arrive early at most car parks; details will be shown in your booking.
- Drive to the Premium Parking section and park up (there will be signs directing you to the area).
- When you are ready to leave, just drive to the exit, and the barrier will open.
- If you stay beyond your booking time, you will be charged the standard rate for the additional time.
To view or cancel your booking:
- On the app, go to Sessions and view the Upcoming tab to see your bookings.
- Tap on the booking to see more details.
- If you want to cancel the booking, tap Cancel Booking and then confirm on the next page.
- You will be automatically refunded.
